(1). Please kindly confirm with your contact info before redeem gifts. You can’t cancel or change your ordered gift once the order has been placed.
(2). Please check the quality of the products when you receive the gifts, and contact MPOW Admin for any quality issues. Contact us in a timely manner, or we may not be able to help you with the issue.
(3). Having a banned account or multiple accounts with the same IP address are not allowed to redeem gifts on points store.
(4). Protecting your privacy is our top priority. Your shipping address will be only used for product delivery.
(5). If product isn’t delivered correctly because of incorrect address filling, the redeemer shall take full responsibility. Points will not be refunded.
(6). Using the same shipping address on different accounts is prohibited. Your gifts will be cancelled and points are not refundable once it’s been discovered.
3. Matters about Gifts Delivery
(1). Product: All orders for physical products will be dispatched on 7th of each month. (Shipping may be delayed due to holidays, presale products, or other unpredictable emergencies).
(2). Coupon: Coupons will be sent to personal account once redeemed. View coupon details on Rewards of personal account.
(3). Gifts Card: Once been redeemed, the claim code will be sent to customer’s email on 7th every month. (Shipping may be delayed due to holidays, presale products, or other unpredictable emergencies.)
